My dad retired about a year ago. All his life he worked as an architect, and now with his free time he has taken to improving his cooking skills. His recipes come from a Chinese newspaper, and some of the dishes he has prepared turned out quite good.

Then some of my cousins started asking me if I had seen his YouTube videos. “What are you talking about?” I asked them. It turns out my dad had somehow become fascinated with YouTube, and with a little tinkering he discovered how to upload his own videos. They’re all in Chinese, but you can get a pretty good idea of what he’s making in the videos.
