Unsolicited commentary and thoughts

It has definitely been a while since I’ve posted. Not a whole lot to report on of course, but let’s see.

I celebrated my 27th birthday at the Crocker Club in Downtown LA with my friends. Classy place with some great scotches that I’d recommend checking out, although they’re a bit uptight with their seating.

Work has been busy and hectic for me, kinda/sorta working on two projects simultaneously. That should all be done with for now though, so hopefully I’ll get a good break. There’s some indications the craziness may kick back up for me in the near future though. It’s perhaps a bit sad that despite not wanting to work on weekends, I don’t have much else to do.

I finished watching Coupling and was a bit disappointed with the last season. It felt somewhat tacked on, and plus one of my favorite characters didn’t come back and was replaced with a new character, which felt quite odd for a final season.

I’m now concurrently watching Fawlty Towers, random episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and making my way through a re-watch of Arrested Development. Of course, the regular shows have just started to air new episodes as well. I should really pick a drama to watch to balance my viewing.

Now that things are slowing down, I should look into getting back to my graphic novel, which I think has been months since I’ve worked on it.
